I will do that as soon as the members have received their Journals.Elaine Quehlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02026673306647861262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8222373504029195323.post-44301233461414714682015-02-24T22:10:34.495-08:002015-02-24T22:10:34.495-08:00Congratulations on your success with hosta plants ...Congratulations on your success with hosta plants Margaret! I can't claim the same as I have not been doing any gardening in a few years. What grows here is the result of my husband's efforts. I do manage to find hostas everywhere though.

Hoping winter isn't being too hard on you and that you have recovered from your illness.

Elaine Quehlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02026673306647861262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8222373504029195323.post-26942510960044714752015-02-24T19:59:25.350-08:002015-02-24T19:59:25.350-08:00Big congratulations, Elaine! I too *love* hosta, but am at this stage focused on trying to grow some on the prairies. I bought 2 plants -- one large and green, one smaller and "bluer" -- last spring from a local nursery and planted them close together in a shady corner. So far, so good -- one even bloomed! -- but after the winter...who knows? Maybe you'll get picked up by the Canadian Gardener too... And get commissions from hosta growers! :-)
Margarethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04472013513744969837noreply@blogger.com
